1. All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 60 days of original shipping date.
2. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged, due to customer/post office error, mishandling or theft.
3. If you have been waiting on a package it is likely that it being held by Customs. Contact your local post office first. Please be respectful that there are still delays worldwide due to Covid-19 and that the situations can change quickly on a local level.
4. We cannot declare any inaccurate information on custom forms. If items are returned due to being unclaimed from Customs, shipping charges will not be refunded.
5. If a package is not delivered and is returned, there will be an additional shipping charge to re-send the package.
6. Shipping charges will not be refunded if an item is returned.
